The service of the guest room attendants is based on small attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The custom of the proprietress going around the rooms to greet guests, which can now be seen everywhere, started here at Kagaya.

The proprietress did not say "I can't do it" to the guests, but took each and every guest seriously in her service. This spirit has been handed down to this day, and the heartfelt hospitality that can only be experienced at Kagaya continues to be loved by their customers. Spend your best time at Kagaya, a Japanese style space of relaxation and peace of mind.

To make your trip more memorable, we offer a variety of experiences in the Wakura Onsen area. We have a variety of unique experiences, such as tea grinding with a tea mortar and Kumiko experience. Choose and participate in an activity of your choice.
