Quantum of the Seas is truly a moving offshore theme park with a variety of facilities including state-of-the-art equipment, a wide range of entertainment options, and gourmet cuisine from around the world, which are something all ages can enjoy on board.

<Excellent value for money>

Cruises are actually a very affordable way to travel as transportation and accommodations during the cruise are included in the cruise fare as well as meals, entertainment and the use of various facilities. There are three full-course dining or casual buffet in a day, and a 24-hour café open at no extra charge. And of course the pool and entertainment are free. The expenses during the trip are minimal.

*Some facilities may require a fee (e.g. specialty restaurants, alcoholic beverages, internet line, laundry services, spa treatments and some payable activities etc.).



We have prepared two types of cabins; the interior cabin with virtual balcony which you can enjoy at a reasonable price, and the other is the superior ocean view cabin with balcony, where you can claim your own paradise with an ocean view just outside the door.

The cruise fare is per person when using one cabin with double occupancy.
Additional cost: Gratuity (JPY15,950 per person), Port charge (JPY30,250 per person), and taxes (JPY13,550 per person) will be charged additionally.
Single use: Cruise fare and port charge for 2 persons will apply. Gratuity and taxes will be charged for only 1 person.
3 to 4 persons per room: Request is accepted however the confirmation will be subject to availability. Cruise fare for the 3rd and 4th passengers is JPY59,400 per person for the interior cabin with virtual balcony, and JPY99,000 per person for the superior ocean view cabin with balcony. Housekeeping twice a day (morning and evening), 24-hour room service (some for a fee), TV, telephone, safety box, dressing table , in-room temperature control, towels, hairdryer, toiletries (body soap, shampoo and conditioner), 110V and 220V outlets.

Closet, drawers and cabinets are provided indoors and in the washroom, providing ample storage space. It is convenient to hang all clothing on the closet hanger.

Q. Don't we get bored on the ship?

A. Guests could get rather busy with many events and a wide range of facilities!

There are various facilities such as shows and events, shopping, yoga, swimming pools, and many more on board. You will never run out of things to do.

Q. I'm worried about getting seasick.

A. It's a large cruise ship so it almost never sways.

Our ships are equipped with 'fin stabilizers' which makes less susceptible to the swaying effects of waves, so you hardly feel any swaying. Also the routes are always determined based on the latest weather data so even in the event of a typhoon, it can be avoided in advance.

Q. Is there internet access on board the ship?

A. Of course there is!

Our ship is equipped with 'VOOM', the fastest internet connection on sea, so you can use your own mobile phone or tablet with almost the same internet connection as on land (for a fee).

Q. How do you control infection during the cruise?

A. The safety and security of our guests is our top priority and therefore we have implemented a variety of infectious disease control measures.

Royal Caribbean International is working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHО), the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and others to ensure that all guests enjoy a safe and secure travel experience by implementing public health management initiatives, including a response to the new coronavirus.

Establishment of an expert committee on public health and introduction of hygiene standards comparable to the best hospitals.
・High-performance ventilation system is installed.
・Thorough cleaning and disinfection of rooms and facilities in accordance with strict hygiene  standards.
・Zoned medical facilities.
・Installation of a PCR machine to enable rapid testing on board.
・All crew and passengers are tested for infectious diseases before boarding.
・Thoroughly wear masks on board.
・Reduce capacity between 50%~80% to avoid congestion on board.
・Strict response plan in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 on board.
・All passengers are given free cruise insurance (COVID-19 Protection) which reduces the burden  on passengers in the event of an emergency.

<Additional information>
・Booking will be an arranged trip. Payment / cancellation rules are based on the Royal Caribbean's regulations.
・We will send you a confirmation of your reservation within 3 business days. Full payment must be made within 2 weeks from the date of confirmation.
・It is your responsibility to prepare a passport that remains for at least 6 months from the date 
of disembarkation. If you are unable to board the ship due to incomplete documents, no refund will be given.
・At least one person aged 18 years old and above is required in a stateroom.
・Children below the age 18 years who are not accompanied by an adult must present
a written  consent from their parents or guardian.
・Infants under 6 months old and guests who are more than 7 months pregnant are not allowed
on board.
・During the cruise, please cooperate with
the infection prevention and control measures set by 
the cruise company. If you do not comply will not be able to board the cruise ship. Details will be announced in the final document.

<Payment method>
The payment will be a one-off payment and can only be made by credit card via online. Please complete the payment within 2 weeks from the date of the reservation confirmation.

<Cancellation policy>
The following cancellation fee will apply for cancellation made after the reservation has been confirmed.
・Up to 75 business days prior to the departure date: Free
・From 74 to 45 business days prior to the departure date: JPY55,000 per person
・From 44 to 15 business days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total amount of cruise fare and port call fee (JPY30,250 per person)
・From 14 business days prior to the departure date: Total amount of cruise fare and port fees (JPY30,250 per person)
